3 cups of sugar
1 1/2 sticks of butter
1 small can of evap. milk(about 2/3 cup)
1 1/2 pkg.of chocolate chips
1 7oz jar of Marshmallow Creme
1 cup chopped pecans(if desired)
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 8 or 9 inch dish with butter. Place sugar, butter and milk in large heavy saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil. Boil 4 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat, stir in chocolate chips and marshmallow creme.Stir until completely melted.Add vanilla and nuts. Pour immediately in prepared dish. Make a smooth layer and cool thoroughly( at least 4 hours). Then slice.
