30 Graham crackers
2 cups whipping cream
1 c. crushed pineapple

Cook in double boiler until at coats a spoon:
2 eggs
1c. sugar
1/2 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place 2/3 of crackers in bottom of pan, then cooked filling over crackers. Then add 1/2 the cream then all of the pineapple, other 1/2 of the crackers. Chill or freeze.
