500g margarine or butter
1 cup sugar
1 tin condensed milk
5 Cups S.R. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar & butter together, add condensed milk and fold through sifted flour. Recipe can be varied at this point by adding rice bubbles, corn flakes, nuts, fruit, chocolate chips, cocoa, coconut or whatever you like.
Roll into teaspoon size balls and press down with a fork, or your finger in the middle to make jam drops by adding a small dollop of jam into the depression. Bake in a moderate oven until golden brown, (approx 10 minutes).
