1 Tbsp sugar 2 eggs 1 3/4 c. milk 1/2 c. oil 2 c. flour 4 tsp baking powder
Whip eggs and sugar with electric hand mixer to incorporate lots of air into the batter. Mix in milk and oil. Add dry ingredients, mixing as little as possible. Bake in waffle iron according to directions with the appliance.
