9 inch baked pie shell
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/3 cup cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups milk
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
6 tbsp cocoa
2 tbsp oil

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pie shell. Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt in 1 1/2 qt sauce pan. Stir in milk gradually. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Stir at least half of the hot mixture gradually into egg yolks. Blend back into hot mixture in sauce pan. Boil and stir 1 minute. Mix cocoa with oil and then stir into egg mixture. Pour into pie shell. Cover with plastic wrap, and make sure wrap is touching filling of pie. Refrigerate at least 2 hours but no longer than 48 hours. Remove plastic wrap and top with whipped cream.
