8 inch pastry pie crust
1 egg
1 1/4 cups canned pumpkin
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1 1/4 cups evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Prepare pastry crust as directed. Beat eggs slightly, then beat in remaining ingredients. Pour pumpkin filling into pastry crust. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 35 minutes.
