6 to 8 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 can of cream of chicken soup(or mushroom)
6-8 oz can of mushrooms (or fresh sliced if you like)
8-10 oz of sour cream
3/4 cup of sherry (not cooking sherry, use one you would like to drink)
1-1/2 cup of a nice rice

Directions:
Directions:
Put your rice on bottom of casserole pan. Lay chicken breast out on top evenly
mix all above ingredients in a separate bowl then pore over all of casserole. Finish off top with sprinkling paprika over the top. Cook at 325 for 1 -1-1/2 hours.
