1 lb venison, beef, or other wild game.
1 red, green, yellow, or orange pepper,
1 small onion,
1 jar of mushrooms,
1 jar chili sauce,
1 jar water,
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up venison (or beef) into small pieces, cut up onion and pepper into small pieces. Put into baking dish or crock pot. Add remaining ingredients. Cover with foil. Bake in oven at 350 for 2 hrs.(take off cover 1/2 hr before done). or cook in crock pot all day! Serve over rice.
