3 cups flour,
1 1/2 cups sugar,
6 tbsp cocoa,
1/8 tsp salt,
3 tsp baking soda,
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise,
1 1/2 cups warm water,
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 and prepare cake pan or bunt pan by greasing and flouring it.

Mix mayo and warm water together.

Mix dry ingredients together, then add to the liquid. Mix until smooth.

Mix in the vanilla and pour into the pan.

Bake for 35 minutes.

This is a very moist cake which is great frosted or sprinkled with powdered sugar once cooled. Served warm or cool with ice cream, you can't go wrong with my favorite birthday cake.
