1 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Dump into well-buttered baking pan, approx 9-inch square. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
