4 eggs,
2 cups sugar,
2 tsp cinnamon,
1 tsp salt,
2 tsp baking soda,
1 1/2 cup oil,
2 cup flour,
2 large jars carrot baby food
2 tubs cream cheese frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Mix everything together and pour into an ungreased sheet cake pan (12 x 17-inch).

Bake for 15-20 minutes. Test for doneness with a light tap of your finger. If it springs back it's done.

This is a great last minute take along. Grab two tubs of cream cheese frosting and frost the bars when you get where you are going. You can frost this warm or cool, but not while it's hot.
