1 lb. Ground beef(turkey)
1/4 c chopped onion
1- 1lb can diced tomatoes
1-1lb can kidney beans
1-17oz can whole corn(drained
1-8oz can tomato sauce
1pkg Taco Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion. Drain. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Simmer 15 min.

Serve with chopped onion, sour cream, grated cheese, fresh sliced avocado as garnish.and taco chips.
