5 c. chicken
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
11 oz. mandarin oranges, drained
1 1/2 c. small grapes
20 oz. pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. toasted almonds
3 T. vinegar
2 T. salad oil
2 T. orange juice
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken and de-bone. Let the small pieces of chicken set in the orange juice, vinegar and salt while you prepare the rest of the ingredients. Mix all together and add mayonnaise.
