1 lemon cake mix with pudding
1/3 c. oil
1 egg

Mix together and save 1 c. crumbs. Press into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Soften 1 8 oz. cream cheese then add 1 t. lemon juice, 1 egg and 1/3 c. sugar.

Mix until smooth, spread over baked cake and layer. Crumble remaining crumbs over cream cheese mixture and bake another 15 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
