8 oz crushed pineapple
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp flour
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
8 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 lb apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
1 cup dry roasted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice from pineapple and combine the pineapple juice, egg, sugar, flour and vinegar in a small saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened. Cool completely. Fold in whipped topping and 1/2 cup peanuts. Fold apples and pineapples into cooled mixture. Garnish with remaining peanuts.
