1 (12 ounce) package frozen raspberries in syrup, thawed
Superfine sugar, to taste
Lemon juice or Framboise (Raspberry liqueur), to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Strain berries and their syrup through a sieve to remove seeds, pushing through as much of the pulp as possible. Add sugar and lemon juice or liquer to taste.
