In 9x12 cake pan add:
2 C flour
1 1/2 C sugar
1/4 C cocoa
4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Mix w/ fork!!
Add to dry stuff:
1 C milk
1/4 C veg. oil
2 tsp vanilla
Stir together w/ fork..makes a pasty mix
Sprinkle (cover) w/ 2 C Brown sugar (evenly kinda)
AND !/2 C cocoa...DO NOT MIX IN!!!!
THEN pour 2 1/2 C of hottest tap water over it..DO NOT MIX just pour it gently over it..

Preheat oven 350 baking time 40'

Carefully place in preheated 350 oven...bake 40'
Place pan underneath for any overflow...it sometimes happens..check w/ toothpick for doneness, but just insert thru cake part!

This is soooo fun!!! This makes a cake on top w/ hot fudge on the bottom...serve warm w/ ice cream!
