4 Venison Backstrap Steaks
1 can Coca-Cola
2 tsp. Montreal Grillmate seasoning
2 tbsp. soy sauce
ľ c. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
* Tenderize steak
* Soak in coke for about 2 hours in the refrigerator.
* Mix Montreal Grillmate seasoning, soy sauce, olive oil
* Place meat in baggie with marinade. Put in refrigerator for at least an hour. Better to leave over night.

Cook on medium hot fire donít over cook
