Zucchini, Parmesan Cheese, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1/2 tsp. salt, pinch of pepper, onion.

Directions:
Directions:
Remove ends of zucchini and cut in half lengthwise. Slice zucchini diagonally in 1/2 inch slices. Chop onion. Heat two tbsp. of olive oil in a large saute pan and add the onions. Cook for 10 minutes on medium-low heat, until they start to brown. Add zucchini, 1/2 tsp. salt, pinch of pepper and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, tossing occasionally, until zucchini is cooked throughout. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and let sit for 30 seconds.
