Salad:1 pt. fresh strawberries, cut into halves
3 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
1 bag baby spinach

Dressing:
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 T. strawberry vinegar (or red wine vinegar)
2 T strawberry jam

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all salad ingredients in a large salad bowl. Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender and mix until thoroughly blended. Pour dressing over salad and toss just before serving.
