3 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
Dash of cinnamon or nutmeg or both

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Beat eggs, sugar and salt until well mixed. Heat milk to simmer. Pour in vanilla, nutmeg or cinnamon or all three into mixture. Mix well. Place individual custard cups in pan of hot water. Pour in custard and place water bath pan in oven with filled cups. Cook for 10 minutes at 400 then reduce temp to 350 and bake 45 minutes.
