2 eggs
2 cups milk
1 1/4 cups cold cooked rice
1 cup seedless raisins
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
dash ground cinnamon and nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until light and thick, add milk. Lightly mix in other ingredients. Place in a buttered 1 1/2 qt casserole. Bake in a shallow pan of water at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until mixture is firm.
