1 1/2# shrimp, pre-cooked
1# fresh lobster or crabmeat, cut into bite size pieces
2 cubes of butter
2 tsp lemon juice
4-5 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 C cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pan. Add lemon juice and garlic. Set aside 3/4 of the garlic butter. Mix the rest of the garlic butter with the cracker crumbs. Place shrimp and other seafood in 8 inch square pan. Pour garlic butter over seafood. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 400 for 8-10 min.
