1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 - 12 oz. pkg cranberries
2 medium ripe pears
1 tsp orange peel
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice
4 sticks cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Core and peel pears and cut in small pieces.

Combine sugar and water and bring to a boil. Add all ingredients and cook until cranberries pop. Remove cinnamon sticks and add orange peel.
