12 strawberries 12 blueberries 6 oz. cream cheese, room temperature 1/2 teas. vanilla extract 1 1/2 tbsp. confections' sugar
Trim tips and bottoms of strawberries. Flatten just a bit of the tip so they stand on a plate. Scoop out center of the strawberry. Mix together cream cheese, vanilla, sugar. Fill strawberries with cream cheese mixture. Use a 1/2 inch star tip or plastic bag with a slit. Top with a blueberry.
