1/2 cup red pepper 1/2 cup broccoli 1/4 cup water chestnuts 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1 can chicken (5 oz.) 2/3 cup cream of chicken soup 1 cup Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese, shredded 2 packages of crescent rolls
Preheat oven 350º. Flake chicken, chop all veggies and combine all ingredients. Lay rolls in a circle over lapping each other. Scoop mixture around and fold points of triangles over filling. Bake 25-30 minutes or until browned.
