1 1/4 cut all-purpose flour,
3/4 tsp. baking soda,
1/4 tsp. salt,
1/2 cup butter,
1/2 cut peanut butter,
1/2 cup granulated sugar,
1/2 cup packed brown sugar,
1 egg,
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, soda, and salt, set aside.
In a mixer bowl beat butter for 30 seconds. Add peanut butter and sugars; beat til fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add 1/2 the dry ingredients to beaten mixture and beat until well blended, add the rest of the dry ingredients and beat again until well blended. Shape dough into 1-inch ball, roll in granulated sugar. Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. (do not crisscross) that's my secret.

Bake @ 375 about 10 minutes
