8 cups diced potatoes
1/3 cup chopped onion
3 cans (14- 1/2 oz. each) chicken broth
1 can (10- 3/4 oz. each) condensed cream chicken, undiluted
1/4 teas. pepper
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Shredded cheddar cheese
Minced chives

Directions:
Directions:
In a 5 qt. crock pot, combine the first 5 ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours (high 4-6) or until potatoes are tender. Add cream cheese. Stir until blended. Garnish with bacon, cheese and chives before serving.
