1/3 c. margarine
1/4 c. onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sage or poultry seasoning
4 c. bread, cubed
1/2 c. celery, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet and cook onion until yellow. Add spices and some of the bread. Toss to coat. Mix in celery and the rest of the bread cubes. Stuff into turkey.
