4 fully ripe firm bananas
1/2 lb seedless grapes
1/2 cup butter
juice of 2 lemons
1 cup sugar
1/4-1/2 cup brandy
Ladyfingers, toasted


Directions:
Directions:
Select bananas that are short and chunky in size.
remove skins. Cut in halves lengthwise. (you can also cut the grapes in half)
Melt butter in skillet, place bananas in it. Sprinkle part of the sugar on top. Add lemon juice. When bananas begin to turn brown turn and saute the other side, sprinkle with more sugar, add grapes.
Pour the brandy over the top. Set ablaze. When the flame dies down, blow the flame out.Serve on desert plates with toasted ladyfingers.
