2 Granny Smith apples, chopped
1 c. cherries
2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/3 c. parsley
2-3 c. stock
1 T. salt
1 gallon sized bag bread crumbs
3 celery stalks, chopped
4 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil cherries in water 5-15 mins. Saute celery and apples in butter; add seasonings except parsley. Saute 8 mins. Add mix and add bread crumbs and parsley with celery mixture. Add stock a little at a time to make it moist. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
