1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 t. vanilla
1 c. oil

Add:
2 c. grated zuccini
3 c. flour
3 t. cinnamon
1 t. salt
1 t. soda
1/4 t. baking powder
1/2 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 1 large loaf or 2 small loaves.
