Ingredients:  
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 C white vinegar
1/4 C catsup
1/2 C sugar
1/3 C pineapple juice, drained from pineapple chunks
1 T hoisin sauce (optional)
1/2 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients. Heat in saucepan. Thicken with cornstarch and water slurry. Cook until thickened. Cool. Add chunks of pineapple, onions, and bell peppers as desired.
