1 ¾ Cup Flour 1 tsp Baking soda ¼ tsp salt ½ cup butter 1 ¼ cup sugar 2 eggs ¼ cup sour cream 1 cup mashed bananas
Put bananas in blender measure to 1 cup mashed. Add sour cream and mix. Cream butter, sugar, and one egg. Beat in second egg. Mix in banana mixture. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into muffin tins or into a loaf pan. Bake muffins in 400F for 20-25 minutes Bake loaf in 350F for approx 1 hour. Tooth pick must come out clean
