1 ½ TBSP butter 1 clove garlic 3 TBSP flour 1 ½ cup 2% milk 1 can tomatoes or sauce 1 cup shredded swiss cheese 1 TBSP dill ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes ¼ tsp salt & pepper 10 oz crab meat 1 cup cottage cheese ¼ cup parm cheese 1 egg white
melt butter, add garlic, mix flour & milk together until smooth. Add to garlic, stir until sauce is thick & bubbly about 7 min. Stir in tomato & ½ cup swiss cheese, dill, pepper flakes, salt & pepper. Combine crab, cottage, parm & swiss cheese & egg white. Bake 350 F 30 min.
