1 ½ cup milk chocolate morsels 2 TBSP butter 1 can (5oz) evaporated milk
Combine chocolate & butter in covered micro-cooker & micowave on high for 1 miute. Stir, microwave on high for 1 more min. Add evaporated milk and gently stir with whisk until smooth, then microwave again 30 sec. To 1 min. until glossy & thick. Sauce will thicken as it sits. Serve warm over ice cream. Store remaining sauce covered in refrig. Makes 2 cups
