cabbage, chopped
5 gr onion
cup slivered almonds
cup sunflower seeds
1 pkg ichiban noodles

Dressing:
cup rice or white vinegar
cup salad oil or olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all salad ingredients except noodles and nuts and seeds
Before serving, toss with the dressing. Add crunched up noodles, nuts and seeds, toss again. Save left overs for the next day.
