Green fettuccini noodles
Large onion
1 lb chicken or beef
˝ cup wine
2 cups creamo
˝ cup parmesan
pinch salt, pepper, tarragon & oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions in butter. Dice up meat. Sauté with onions till golden brown with wine, till flavors good. Add creamo and parmesan cheese. Simmer until thick and to taste. Add spices. Keep stirring sauce on low heat. Don’t let curdle.
