Chopped tomatoes, about 6 to 8 ripe..I like vine ripened
chopped fresh basil, according to taste, I used two bunches
chopped garlic, I used one large head, chopped fine
splash of balsamic vinegar..
olive oil, approx 1/2 cup
Salt and pepper...

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and leave in a bowl on the counter for at least 4 hours. I leave mine overnight.
Cook pasta and drain, immediately add the sauce, and grated parmesan cheese and serve...If you are doing it for a main dish, I have added the cooked shrimp from Costco, i just let it thaw and run warm water to warm it up and add to the sauce and pasta.very healthy and very easy...
