1lb. flank, round or sirloin steak
3 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
1 Tbsp dark sesame oil
2 Tbsp liquid honey
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp minced ginger root
2-3 large cloves of garlic
pinch hot pepper flakes

Slice the beef across the grain into 1/4 thick slices. Mix all
ingredients together and stir in the beef until well coated. I find if
you can let these marinate for 24 hrs they taste excellent. Soak wooden
skewers for about 10mins. Thread beef on skewers and grill for about 3-5
mins on each side(don't over cook).
