1 tsp. Sugar
1 cup warm water
1 TBSP yeast
3 cups flour
1 tsp. Salt
2 TBSP olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In 2 cup measure, dissolve sugar in warm water, sprinkle yeast, let stand until yeast foams up 10 minutes. Prepare dough, dough should be soft not sticky. Place dough in lightly oiled bowl turning to coat all over, cover with plastic wrap or damp tea towel, let rise approx 1 hours. Punch down dough & let rest 10 min. Cut dough into 12-14 pieces. Form into balls on lightly floured surface. Roll into discs 3/8 thick. Place on floured surface, let rise20 minutes. Bake 425F on heated bake sheet. Bake 4-5 min.until puffed & lightly brown.
