1 small or medium onion (chopped)
1 8oz. carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 block (8 oz) cheddar cheese
1 bag Ore Ida hash brown potatoes
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter. Mix onion with sour cream and cream of chicken soup. Add water to mixture (approx. 1/4 to 1/3 cup). Add grated cheese and mix. Add whole bag of hash browns and mix thoroughly so all potatoes are covered with mixture.

In oblong baking dish, bake approx. 30 - 40 min. on 350.
