1 can 10- oz Beef Gravy
1 lb ground beef
1-cup small bread cubes
1 egg, slightly beaten
cup minced onion
1 tsp. Salt
generous dash pepper
5 Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Combine c gravy with beef, bread cubes, egg, onion, salt & pepper mix thoroughly. Shape firmly into loaf 7X3 pan. Bake at 375 F for 45 min. Separate rolls, place crosswise over top & down side of meatloaf overlapping slightly. Bake 15 minutes more. Meanwhile, heat remaining gravy. Serve with loaf. Garnish with tomatoes.
