1/4 Finely Chopped Onion
1/2 Chopped Tomato
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1/4 cup (more or less) Pace Chunk Salsa (Medium or Mild)
1/4 Finely Chopped Jalapeno (remove the seeds)
1/4 cup (more or less) Sour Cream
Garlic Salt to taste

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together. Add the spices to your tast. I also add Tony Cachere's Creole Seasoning (it's like a spicy salt, so you won't need to add additional salt).
