1 ½ Cups Ketchup 2 Green peppers 2 stalks celery 1 garlic clove 1 floweret of medium cauliflower 1 cup of tuna drained 1 tsp of sugar 1 med onion 3 carrots ½ lb fresh sliced mushrooms 2 TBSP olive oil Juice of 1 fresh lemon
Finely chop peppers, onion, celery, carrots, garlic, mushrooms and cauliflower; cook in hot oil for 5 min., mix all ingredients in well. Cook 5 min. Pour into sterilized jars, cool and refrigerate. Serve with your favorite cracker
