2 large bags vegetables(Broccoli, carrots, or cauliflower-or mix them up) 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken or celery soup 1/4 cup milk 1/4 c. butter 1/2 cup shredded cheese 1 c. Bisquick
Simmer vegetables until tender Mix soup and milk and mix with vegetables. Pour into baking dish. Layer cheese over vegetables. Mix Bisquick and butter and top over vegetables. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes
