2 c. milk 1/4 c. margarine 1 c. cornmeal 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. onion salt, optional 2 eggs
In saucepan, scald milk and margarine. Combine dry ingredients and pour hot milk mixture into dry ingredients. Mix with electric hand mixer. Add eggs and beat. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 400 F until brown on top.
