4 c. sugar
6 c. water
1 can 32-oz pineapple juice (frozen)
1 12-oz can orange juice
5 ripe bananas
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to a boil sugar and water, set aside to cool. Meanwhile blend together 5 ripe bananas and lemon juice (keeps bananas from turning black). Mix all the ingredients real well until frothy. Freeze in small plastic containers. When ready to make punch set out of freezer at least 1/2 hour to start thawing. Put in punch bowl and add 7-up or ginger ale, even Mountain Dew if you want more color.
