Ingredients:  
1 yellow cake mix with pudding mix
1- 3 oz pkg of butterscotch instant pudding
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all at once
pour 1/3 of batter into greased and floured tube pan
add 1/3 of topping, then 1/3 of batter, then 1/3 of topping, them 1/3 of batter ending with 1/2 of topping
Bake @ 350 for 50 minutes

Topping
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of walnuts ( chopped)
mix together
