1 cup flour
1 stick margarine
1 cup nuts, chopped

1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup cool whip (but save the rest for later)

1 4oz. vanilla instant pudding
1 4oz. chocolate instant pudding
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients and spread in 9X13 pan to form crust. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cool.

Beat next 3 ingredients and spread over cooled crust.

Mix last 3 ingredients and pour over.
Use the rest of the cool whip to spread on top.
